Final Sale Policy
- All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products and safety considerations, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions and Conditions for Return
- In exceptional cases where a return is approved by Yilmaz E-bikes, the following conditions apply:
- A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
- A transportation fee of $5 per kilometer will apply if the item needs to be picked up by Yilmaz E-bikes.
- The product must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Any signs of wear, damage, modification, or missing parts will result in the return being declined.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Used or damaged e-bikes
- Clearance or promotional items
- Accessories, batteries, or parts that have been installed or used
Refund Process
- Once a return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the applicable fees outlined above.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe and secure return of the product until it has been inspected by Yilmaz E-bikes.
- Any additional shipping or handling costs not covered by our transportation service will be the responsibility of the customer.
